Overview

Zon Discounts ("we," "us," or "our") operates Botlord Studio (https://zondiscounts.com), a studio application that helps content creators plan, generate, and publish video campaigns. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including when you connect a Google or YouTube account.

By using Botlord Studio, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Information we collect

Account and workspace data. When you sign in, we store workspace identifiers, optional operator email, and session cookies required to operate the studio.

Campaign and content data. Campaign settings, keywords, generated scripts, manifests, upload queue entries, and media metadata you create or import into the platform.

Connected account tokens. If you connect Google, YouTube, Google Drive, or Dropbox, we store OAuth tokens and related account identifiers needed to perform actions you request (upload, file access, channel listing).

YouTube API data. When you authorize YouTube access, we may receive and store channel IDs, channel titles, video IDs, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, privacy settings, upload status, and analytics snapshots needed for publishing and reporting features you enable.

Technical logs. Server logs, job status, error messages, and operational metrics to keep the service reliable and secure.

YouTube API Services

Botlord Studio uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access YouTube data according to the OAuth scopes shown on Google's consent screen, which may include:

  • youtube.upload — upload videos and set metadata you approve
  • youtube.readonly — read channel and video information for inventory, queue, and analytics features
  • youtube.force-ssl — manage YouTube account resources over secure connections

We use YouTube data only to provide features you explicitly use inside Botlord Studio (for example: uploading a queued video, syncing channel history you import, or displaying publish status). We do not sell YouTube user data. We do not use YouTube data for third-party advertising or unrelated profiling.

Botlord Studio's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

See also Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.

How we use information

  • Run video generation and publishing workflows you configure
  • Display queue, campaign, and analytics status in the studio
  • Authenticate connected Google, YouTube, Drive, and Dropbox accounts
  • Prevent duplicate uploads and maintain global product inventory
  • Monitor errors, quota limits, and system health
  • Respond to support and compliance requests

Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers that process it on our behalf (for example: cloud hosting, database, object storage, and AI/TTS vendors when you enable those features), and only as needed to operate Botlord Studio. Those providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

Published videos are sent to YouTube (and any other platforms you connect) according to your instructions. You control visibility (public, unlisted, or private) in campaign settings before publish.

Data retention

We retain campaign, queue, and connection data while your workspace is active and as needed to provide the service. OAuth tokens remain stored until you disconnect or request deletion. Operational logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging.

Revoking access and deleting data

Revoke Google / YouTube access. You can disconnect at any time:

  • In Botlord Studio: open Connections and disconnect Google/YouTube, or use account deletion below
  • In your Google Account: Security → Third-party access and remove Botlord Studio

Delete stored tokens and local session data. Submit a POST request to /api/delete-account while signed in, or email privacy@zondiscounts.com. We revoke OAuth credentials where possible and delete associated session data from our systems within 30 days.

Delete campaign and manifest data. You may delete campaigns, queue items, and workspace data from within the studio, or request full workspace erasure by contacting privacy@zondiscounts.com.

Deleting data in Botlord Studio does not delete videos already published to YouTube; remove those directly in YouTube Studio if needed.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and encrypted storage for sensitive credentials where configured. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong studio password and protect your Google account.

Children

Botlord Studio is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will delete it.

International users

If you access the service from outside the country where our servers operate, your information may be transferred to and processed in that country. By using the service you consent to this transfer where permitted by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version at https://zondiscounts.com/privacy and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated in the product or by email where appropriate.
